Remember `enable Keyboard State`

I would personally find it useful if the enable keyboard checkbox was remembered for each individual VST rather than being global.

Some VSTs I would like it permanently on and not on others.

If a problem for others a config option for this also.

suggestion: additional checkbox switch with the middle mouse button on an active vst window???
