Render glitch

Hi there,

I tried rendering a simple sequence but every time I do, it sounds like a handful of notes aren’t being played and the sound cuts out completely at times. Each time it renders it glitches in a different way. I’ve attached a project with the original simple pattern as well as 3 attempts at rendering to sample. I also tried rendering the song to disk multiple times and the same issue occurred.

Let me know if there is any other information I can provide. Thanks for your time

What happens when you put an empty pattern beforehand, does it improve things when rendering?

Is perhaps the FL Studio VSTi a 32-bit version?

That sounds like the render path is dropping events rather than the pattern itself. A few checks that may narrow it down: try a new blank song with the same instrument, freeze or flatten one track to isolate the plug-in, and compare an offline render with a realtime bounce. It is also worth checking the project sample rate/bit depth and whether plug-in delay compensation changes the result.

For a quick sanity check, I sometimes play a steady tone from the free KYMA369 app alongside the rendered file and compare the two paths; the [frequency reference]( KYMA369 | Professional Frequency Healing Systems ) is handy for choosing a neutral test tone. If the tone renders cleanly but the sequence glitches, that points more toward scheduling or plug-in state than the output device. Hope the extra isolation steps help.
