Hi people, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar thing to me. When I render a pattern or song (be it the whole file or seperate tracks), renoise seems to add a tiny extra bit at the start of the rendered file. This means that the file doesn’t loop properly and I have to manually chop off the tiny extra bit at the start in Wavelab. Its no big deal but it would be more convenient if i managed to sort it out. Am I doing anything wrong? Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
Thanks people. And extra thanks to the renoise team. Jaa-bless
Erm…it’s a bit complicated really isn’t it? Not sure if there’s a solution to this. But anyhow it’s still not a major issue I guess. I’ll just keep manually chopping. And thanks mate.
BTW it’s renoise 1.281 not 1.5.
Unfortunately on my machine (P4 2.4Gz, 512 ram, direct sound), 1.5 is way way way too buggy to be useable. Looks good though, and the right mouse click feature looks well useful once its properly implemented.
Hm. I’ve got the same weird silences in the end and beginning of my files when I save them in cooledit as MP3. When I save as .WAV the silences aren’t there. MP3 compression makes up silences somehow.
