Rendering Heavyyy Vsti's

Has anybody else had problems with the tassman4 synth in combination with :

…another tassman4
…EVM DvXVega
…CS-80V (just looove that one)
2 NI compressors…

I run on AMD 64 2,3 with 2G memory.

This should be a piece of cake.

I rendered in supertrooper-best mod with arugursssync etc. but it lags in the mix.
It also skippes out when i “render selection to sample”, but plays the song perfect realtime…

Thanks.

(dont wont workarounds…i know those)

Pleeeaseee, is this a bug?

(got a client waiting…)

:walkman:

Sounds like the “panic-action before render” bug, but this has been implemented in the alpha (well not purposely the bug itself but the feature to shutdown all audio before rendering to remove sustaining VSTI audio)… Could it have been such an easy trigger that Taktik could have build this in 1.5.2 as well?

I tried to render the synth in 1.5.2 now, but the bug is still there…

Realtime playback = supernice

Render= asslike clicks…

Shall i upload the rendered ssample sir?

ok. it makes the same clicks, even tho im only using this ONE VSTi…

Help… need…tassman4 …to…work…uhh

no.

i guess the render selection to sample feature uses the same rendering “script” as mixdown?

(read edited post)

It falls gently as snow from aprrox 40% cpu

thanks alot.

one last thing…

here is a small clip of the clicks

clickkclicck

This is the same problem that I’m having with rendering.
The song sounds fine in real time but some VSTs cut in and out when I render, even on the best render settings.

I noticed this same problem lately.

I will render a song and assume everything is ok and then after checking out the mp3 on my site I will notice a hiccup. (my own fault for not listening first mind you).

Then I will listen at same position in realtime and its perfect.

I have had to re-render a few times in some cases to make certain that it renders those errors out.

Still happens despite using VST compatibilty mode.
