This can be done already?.
You have to possibility to set 4 filetype locations/preset in the file dialog.
Just create a folder on your harddrive (C:Whatever in my case /Users/samu/temp/).
Navigate to that folder when ‘song’ i checked, control+click on 4 to set the location preset.
Now every time you’re about to render click on that 4 to change the path.
Click ‘Render’ the rendered file will end up in the folder selected in the file dialog.
At least this is how it works in Renoise 1.5a7 on the Mac.
