I just bought Renoise 2.7 as a gift for my friend!! I remebered to click gift, and Im sure I cot his email in there to! But now I received the Renoise 2.7 Registration mail with my friends backstage password and all??? Didn’t he get it then… Just talked on the phone with him and he couldn’t check it atm, but I forwarded the Registration mail to him! Is that sufficient???
Simply forward the mail and if he/she desires, to change the backstage password when the message is received.
Looks like we need to check the gift configuration for the email deliveries.
the email entered in the renoise backstage account was the buyer’s one rather than the email of the gifted user.
maybe this helps where to look for the problem.
