I’ve got two LCD screens connected to my computer. When I have many tracks in my song, I take advantage of the two screens by making Renoise non-fullscreen and manually extending the window into two screens. It works, but for some reason it feels kinda retarded. Is there any better, more elegant, way of taking advantage of multiple LCD screens? Please share your experience.
There’s no better method yet. Many people have requested the ability to detach some of the windows from the Renoise main GUI, in order to move those off to a second display. Windows such as the sample editor or the mixer, for example, would be perfect to keep on one screen while the pattern editor is visible on the other. I suspect that we will see this ability at some point in the future, but who knows when.
