Repeat Pos. Doesn't Work

Hi,

I downloaded the latesed version of Renoise from this site (1.281).
Everything works fine but only the Repeat Pos. in de sequencer does not work. When i startup the program the Repeat Pos. is set to 0 and when i want to increase it with the mouse or keyboad it does nothng.

Can anyone help me :blink: ?

does your module last for more than one pattern?

“Repeat Pos.” does not show the pattern number which you want to repeat undefinitely, but shows the ordinal position of the pattern in the pattern list which ReNoise will start playing after the last order.

So, if your song is made of 4 patterns (ordinals: 00, 01, 02, 03), and “Repeat Pos.” is set to 02, the song will be played like this:

00
01
02
03
02
03
02
03…

This is not dependent on which patterns are played in that ordinal positions

Hi,

Thx for the reply. I think i understood this function wrong.
I want to set te pos. that my cursor jumps when i enter a note to the pattern. Where can i set this?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Ive uses FT2 some while ago and now after some years i started again with renoise, so forgive me :rolleyes:.
