Routing Different Instruments Into One

Hi there,
I’m using Mac OSX 10.6.8 with the current Renoise 2.8 release and want to achieve the following:

I’ve got an Audio Unit which has 16 midi in channels with different instrument settings per channel.
How can I route a Renoise instrument, so it plays a certain channel.
The background is, that I only want to load the AU once an play the different channels.

I hope, my question was meaningful enough

Set up plugin aliasses and then change the channel number for each alias as described here:
