How a can be sure about royalty free ? Confused a bit.
If you’re talking about what theman posted above, it says on their website all of their samples are royalty free. In general, I’d always look for some licensing text file coming with a sample pack download.

I was checking out various info related to SUPERBOOTH18 here in Berlin when I stumbled upon this sample library:
We invited artists from Andreas Schneider’s team, including Herr Schneider himself, to bring their personal modular rigs and beloved hardware to the IRRUPT Studio in Berlin. Together, we recorded their favorite patches and spontaneous inspirations to create a collection of royalty free loops and one-shot samples to celebrate Superbooth 18.
I can vouch for these samples, there’s a lot of beautiful analog grit and warmth in this collection.
Only catch: you have to create an account on the IRRUPT web site in order to download the samples.
Unless you have been living under a rock or have been avoiding Lo-Fi Hip-Hop radio stations like the plague (I wouldn’t blame you), you have probably heard “That guitar”. Jazzy electric chords that sound like they have been recorded via Polaroid pictures.
Here’s my take on it.
Featuring my very own “SILO” (Strat in look only) recorded in my bedroom through a knock-off USB interface. Processed by the finest fake-analog gear my money can by (so… mostly free stuff).
Originally intended to be a full pack, but as I suffer from terminal icantbebothereditis, I figured I might as well share what I have whit you.
You are 100% free to use these however you like, but if you credit me that would, y’know, be cool.
I want to give it for free but with some conditions like a Creative Commons License that gives me some sort of rights to my samples, even if they are free of use with some rules on how to credit me when after using the samples in project, etc.
Do you know any tips or can you advice me on which is the best way to go?
Just package it up and include a copy of the license you are choosing to issue with it. Creative Commons is probably a good choice if you want credit. Make sure to include how you are to be attributed in a txt file with the sample pack.
