Nope.
Not directly anyway.
You could either insert a vst sequencer into renoise and record notes in there and then export. Or use midi directly to a external sequencer.
I don’t know if anyone is making a converter.
Have a look in the XRNS Development forum.
That should be not so hard to make I think.
However you can easily get problems with notes that don’t have a note off etc.
