…sometimes i want to control a vst without the original GUI…and i find myself looking into hundreds of sliders until i find the right one…
i wish if one could input the name of the parameter and it would be marked and put right on sight…like in the effect box.

The automation panel has this searchbox for you (to search for parameters), but sometimes you don’t know even how the parameter is named, so what to search for then?
Almost every vst plugin has a midi learn function , just use the midi cc device .
But you are right about vst with a lot ofparameters , its a pain in the but to find the right parameter
