Show Colors In Gui Config

Hey team,
would be nice to add in Config --> ColorTheme --> Color Settings a small box just left of “RGB” showing the color with the corresponding values? otherwise you can’t quickly understand where is the actual color until you move some sliders and watch it changing in the GUI, doesn’t it?

I agree 100% on this one.
And those colours that are rarely/less used could even ‘flash’ when editing their values so one can see where on the screen they are used ;)

The theme editor could even ‘show’ the corresponding element(checkbox, list-item etc.)
that is being edited?

And what about a<->b with the old and the new values since there’s no undo for palette editing?

And it sure would be nice to ‘click’ on an element that one want’s to edit and doesn’t know the name of(ie. a button with ‘select element’, after a click the program wait’s for the user to click on an element on the screen and then selects that element for editing).

To be honest i hardly do any theming of apps.

Blackis was nice enough to include a sh*t load of themes inside the applicationbundle on the mac version so it was just a matter of picking one(i ended up using p_Saine.xml with no texture).

yep, I agree the flashing colors would be too much, but definitely I think the small coloured box would not be a too drastic change in the code and it will be nice and useful when tweaking colour themes. :D
