I am experiencing some major problems here …
Been working on a song …couple of vsti’s ( minnimonsta, dominator, microtonic,synplant ) nothing particularly heavy …stutter effect, cabinet speaker etc …
TRoughout the whole song the cpu meter goes to 25/30 percent ( in renoise ) …after saving the song the cpu increases to 60 …
Also happens when I am manipulating some branches in the synplant vsti ( just mousing over the branches )and after that the cpu stays at 60 percent …I have to reload the song to bring it back to normal
Everything is disabled , firewall etc …

O.K. this has nothing to do with renoise …my laptop goes bananas …seems like my cpu is running on half speed when a lot of processing needs to be done …fuckin speedstep …
