Using the demo for a month, NO problems. Registered yesterday and the program won’t even load!! I haven’t even received a response from renoise!!

I have never had this problem, so i cannot relate…but hang in there!
if noone has replied you, something must be gone wrong with email you sent to the support. In the meantime, could you please share the contents of your log file in order to understand what is going on with your system? Als, please give a description of what happens when loading the application (any error dialog, crash report, whatever)

Thank you…I actually sent 3 e-mails. Unfortunately I am not at my computer…this is the problem…I don’t have net access. What happens is, the program begins loading up until the creating new song portion. Then windows says Renoise has stopped working we will let you know if there is a solution to the problem and thats it!
I see, unfortunately this looks like something which can be understood only by looking at the log file…
I have warned who reads the support emails so they will start sorting your problem in minutes.
If neccesary, how would I access my log file?

since you cannot open the application, you have to look for Log.txt file which should be under (Windows example):
c:\ documents and settings \ yourwindowsusername \ application data \ renoise \ V2.1.0

We are a small development team, mostly made of of recruited volunteers, and friendly users in the forums. This isn’t a thousand dollar support contract. It’s 49 Euro, and unfortunately does not cover expenses for immediate responses.
Furthermore, most people don’t have problems with the download from the backstage. In fact, you’re the first? The more information you provide (what kind of computer, filesize of the download, logs) and the less panic you provide, the better. 
I will personally answer your ticket when I get home from work (yes, I have a day job that isn’t Renoise) at 7:30 Eastern Standard Time.
