I want to copy/paste sample to/from Audacity to Renoise and vice versa. But when I copy a sample to the clipboard the paste option is always grayed out.

I thought this was a 2.0 feature. What I’m doing wrong?

The sampler software should support the system clipboard. Audacity does not support this.
Wave’o’Saur does support copying from and to the system clipboard and is a good alternative for Audacity.
