Specify the range of the automation display area

The current automation display area is the entire area that can be specified, so for example, if you are using only 80-180 in BPM, it is difficult to adjust BPM within the display area from 20-999.

It would be useful if this display area could be controlled.
I believe this could be made possible through the use of a UI, for example, a text box where minimum and maximum values could be entered.

It may be sufficient to have the same scrollbar on the vertical axis as on the horizontal axis, and to be able to zoom in and out on the vertical axis by using Ctrl + mouse wheel, etc.
As with zooming on the horizontal axis, there is no need to record this information in the project file.
