I think splitting up patterns or glueing them together could be really useful. Would this be possible with the advanced scripting button?
If that’s possible you could for example make a script that switches resolution (or zoom level) of a track. Steps involved would be: change speed -> expand/shrink patterns -> split/glue patterns.
One other thing that’s been bothering me when you’re working at higher bpm’s, is that everything that’s synced to bpm in someway - an arpegiator, lfo, whatever - gets f****ed up. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could double or halve the bpm you want to send to midi/vst/vsti?? Some vst’s automatically wrap around the bpm (ohmforce stuff), but most of them don’t.
