Stepped Filter Sounds

ok
so its easy to draw an exp curve in the automation
how about making it stepped ?
if it was controlling the filter cutoff this would create a sounds similar to badly stepped filters in old synths (kind of)
like a way of lofi/digitizing the smoother curves drawn in the automation window .
super useful for me . . . erm . . hopefully for others

also being able to press a button and its would draw a repeating sin or step to a variable amount of repeats in there would be great .

maybe you should use command columns instead of automation curves for this purpose: the automation curves are interpolated at tick level, while command columns are not.

Using interpolation functions (CTRL+L or CTRL+I on selection) should help performing this task faster
