When I loop a certain part of a song (jamming on top of it or whatever), is there a way to have automatic note off when loop restarts? Its annoying when strings and long samples just continue playing. In renoise there is an option for “Stop playing notes on pattern sequence navigation”. Is there a similar option for looped play?
Just put note-offs at the start of the first looping pattern where there’s no other note on the first row. Or volumes 00 if you want the sounds to cut abruptly.
(specifically, in the tracks where these “long” sounds occur)
