Does anybody of you have experience with this soundcard with ASIO, WinXP and Renoise? I know there are 2 main device-drivers available but I do not know, if I should install the VXD or the WDM-drivers for the Terratec-Card… Any Ideas?
the EWX works fine and stable on WinXP with ASIO & Renoise.
the WDM drivers are for Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 and XP

Okay, I’ll give it a try. When using Win98 I had the problem that there was some sort of DMA-lock, the sound looped on and on and the application (no matter which one) suddenly stopped.
