The file is either not a known song file or is corrupt

Hi,

I had a seroius problem this morning whith renoise. My computer crashed while i saved my stuff.

Now the file is corrupt. When i try to open it, renoise display : File loading error: The file is either not a known song file or is corrupt.

I tryed to recover samples and repair file with winrar, no way.

Do you have any idea to find out a solution?

Try repairing it with the zip command line tool too. If you’re on windows, see http://kb.winzip.com/kb/entry/126/
If the “Document.xml” file within the zip is corrupted there’s unfortunately nothing left to recover ;(

You could upload the xrns and let us have a go at recovering the data.
