Tips to make the perfect sample loop in Renoise

Yo! How do you do this? I’ve been trying to use the fine loop editor to get the start and end point on the zero crossing but I can’t quite get it right, it’s always slightly off. For example, I found this file for this classic UT99 tune and found that the bass loop popped in renoise. I can’t work out how to remove it without noticeably changing the tone of the original piece [:(] http://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=68847 So, what do I do? Thanks guys!
