You should implement an option to make you realise how long you’re tracking!!
You could choose the frequency of the warnings and the messages displayed!
exemple: “Hey dude!! you’re tracking for 3 hours? what about a little pause???”
“Does your wife didn’t told you to go out with the trashbin??”
“Did you fed the dog today??”
…
