The whistle sounds are nice only i dont really feel it as a melody anymore when the gated res sounds are masking the harmonic of your whistle or something…even makes it hard to hear if the bass is in tune …so u might want to experiment, try a bandpass or maybe some eq to make the sound take less space of each other…
Can see the potential what this song could be if u keep working at it, it will get there 
Thank, it was made to be annoying but yeh it is maybe too ‘heavy’ actually considering the rest.
