Using the mousewheel to change notes and values

Would love it if there was a modifier key that would simply let you change notes and all values with the mousewheel within the note table.

unless tool “value stepper” lets you do this with a key combination. You can’t just hover, you have to select the cell with the value, which works how most things work in renoise.

I have trouble assigning “scroll wheel” to any key combination but maybe you can get it work? Or maybe if you have a mouse with extra buttons, mouse 4+5
