So I went back to a song of mine and noticed that every single note had a volume change associated with it due to the velocity input from my MIDI controller. I’m just curious, but do most Renoise users enable and keep the velocities from their controllers? I suppose it’ll make things sound more human, but it’s also a tad messy and gets a little annoying when two patterns are the same except for volume changes. I’ve indeed done some songs where I disabled velocity input and manually set the volume changes when I wanted them.
