It doesnt seem to work on 1.26? I use the 0Fxx effect number, like it says in the help file, but to no avail.
0Fxx can only be used on samples, not on VSTi or MIDI instruments (check the FAQ for how to use vibrato on VSTs…
If it’s samples then there’s some problem I guess… However I would still recommend you upgrade to 1.281.
