I can make minor chords with VG in Renoise with players of clean guitar sounds. But when I select a Metal or Grunge guitar player all it plays is major power chords…i cant get minor power chords to work. It only responds to one key, not several keys like on the clean player sounds (thus allowing minor chords to be played). Any ideas?

there’s nothing linke a minor or major power chord …
a power-chord has no minor- or major-characteristic …
it’s based only uppon 2 notes, so it isn’t a chord at all…
[if my english were better i could explain it better …]
PS: Major oder Minor-Chord often sound dumb on heavy distortion …
oh yeah, DUH! Thanks eraserhead. SO i guess the only way to use virtual guitar’s grunge guitars in a minor key is to use chords like bVI and vIII etc…?
