What about the long ass time it takes to open the sample editor?
I can’t get it to appear anything less than instantaneously on my modest, single-core desktop or my dual-core laptop. That’s with a huge big song loaded, and switching to view laaaaarge samples in the sample-editor. On what spec machine has this been happening? Has this been an issue for other people, as far as you know?
I have this problem: even with small samples, sometimes it gets even [1…2] seconds for a sample to show, during which the HD works. Maybe something related to undo, I should try disabling to see…
