But it’s completely normal having tons of unfinished stuff due to several reasons, isn’t it?
Personally I appreciate today’s possibilities even though I’m not as creative as in my younger years, in which I had to deal with limitations all over the place. To limit oneself could help being creative, but as you already noticed, the personal mood is crucial. Emotions could help being creative too, but they can totally block creativity as well.

I didn’t write that a melodic instrument never should cut. :wink:

Just for the record:
Being bad in mixing and mastering isn’t a weakness as a COMPOSER!

I think my biggest weakness is that I must have a lot melodies in every song, like in old chiptunes. It fitted my old style but it’s a challenge in my new style. But I’m trying my best to turn it into a strength :slight_smile:
