Please stop! This is separate thread and, what is more important, if OP wants admin to ban anyone, then he must present proofs, not just saying āplease read whole topic with over 1300 posts and youāll find evidencesā.
Or maybe let this forum accept only very polite people who never argues. But hey, then we all will be banned, right?
And guys - youāre surprised that I defend someone on this forum not being a party in the dispute. But youāre doing the same thing, just choosing OPās side and not trying to understand different point of view than yours. it Is not difficult to support the stronger in the dispute. What I see here is āeveryone vs EatMeā. And thatās why Iām against.

But I read your private message, I understand your arguments and I no longer talking about defending EatMe. This discussion is now about forum I think and rules in general. You may have right and maybe EatMe is really bad person (I have not that personal experience), but we should discuss and trying to understand each others isntead of fighting and requesting bans.
After all, what I read, whole problem is that EatMe says something wrong about other people music. So what? If you want, you can call my music crap, amateur and whatever you want. It will be your opinion and maybe, if you tell something more about it, Iāll learn something. Weāre not kids to be offended by someone elseās opinion about music (I think). For every person who donāt like someone elseās music you can probably find someone who loves it. Not a big deal imo.

I agree, but I also trying to understand what EatMe wrote.
And well, not so polite, right? Or just maybe his language skills are not that great like yours. He may be using simple emotional language to express his opinion, and that may not be appropriate, but still people who uses less emotions and more logic, should understand what he means.
He may wrote something like that:
āOther people here post something I totally disagree and if youāre comment it, they start attacking you. This happened to me, my posts was deleted, so Iām warning you - be careful, itās not discussion frendly forumā.
Is this polite enough? Itās basically the same if you read it without emotions.
And after many posts on this topic (where I donāt offend anyone and trying to be as polite as I can) I start thinking that EatMe is not some crazy person who doesnāt know what he is talking.

And one more - this starts (for me) after I put my comment into wrong topic. After two posts I was agree that youāre right and that topic was about sharing music - my fault, apologize etc.
Then what happens? Another comments appears and flamewars begins. Why? For what? And then whole topic about EatMe and ban - and it continues even if OP says that he no longer demands ban and just flag him. For what? For sure not because people are so polite here, because this topic was imo closed.
We should ask for delete whole topic (OP in fact can do that) and delete offtopic from that second one and start to be more friendly. IMO.
Some time ago In the same topic EatMe replied sarcasticly/rudely to a person and a kindly asked him to be more polite and respect other people.He did not apologize but I let it go.This time around he comes back saying they post shit,that my friend is a direct insult to every person that posted his music in that topic I created so I took action.Now I dont know you but you are really trying to twist things around and make this my fault so either you are trolling or you and EatMe are connected.One or another I am tired so I will just ignore you from now on
No, weāre not connected. Why? That donāt even have a sense. I never said that you and people who have the same opinion about EatMe are connected (are you?). 
It would be easier if he was my friend - then I may say that you attacking my friend and everything will be easier.
And sure - probably if I knew his previous posts I would have ignored the whole situation.
So as I said - solution is simply - lets stop arguing and focus on music. And Iāll stay ontopic.

If you post a new topic āRenoise is the worst piece of software ever created, Taktik is an ass and fuck everyone on this god forsaken forumā then you paste in a picture of āgoatseā and a large āfuck you fingerā smiley, then you print out your license and loads a huge dump on it it and post the picture of it as a final touch.
Then you might get banned.

I fully agree. Discuss whatever you need to discuss here in this topic only please, and donāt spread it over the rest of the forum.
I honestly donāt really understand what the real conflict here is, but if this gets out of control weāll of course stop it and will need to silence everyone involved for a while to not favour anyone.

(Sorry mate, it was. You donāt just jump on a āhereās my stuffā discussion and say itās shit. You donāt. Even if you think it is. Itās not honesty itās just rude and disrespectful (and anti-social to be fair.). You donāt know the level or the life of anybodyā¦ maybe they do music just for a little while when the kids are asleep after a long dayās work. Might not be world grade music, but if itās honnestā¦it deserves a ālikeā)
BUT, it is internet and people tend to forget that there are real humans on the other sideā¦ and it might lead to anti social doushy behaviour. Internet sucks. And I donāt believe this is ban material or that it deserves 50 messages about it. Tell the guy itās rude then ignore the guy.
Things usually sort themselves out shortly after.
PS: If I was a moderator (Iām not, but I often was on many other forums) Iād just tell everyone to chill and keep an eye out just in case. But, as I say, most of the time, these are quickly forgotten.

Well, insulting is bad, I agree, but sarcastic toneā¦ Read this topic - almost everyone trying to comment others with sarcastic tone. Itās offensive IMO, because itās treating others with superiority complex (like āI am right and I donāt must explain anythning, my short sarcastic answer is enoughā). Even your answer I quoted is sarcastic. I hate it and thatās why my posts are usually longer and Iām trying to explain something instead of writing short messages assuming I have to be right.

The older you get the better you get at ignoring nonsense and you realize that if you feed a troll it just wants more. Our world is like an interesting painting, if everyone behaved perfectly all the time it would be a very boring painting.
Opinions are only opinions and if one person has a bad opinion in your eyes, then there are several billions more opinions to take from. Donāt let one opinion ruin your day. Laugh it off, ignore it and let it go.
If you practice this every day, then by the time you reach 80 years old you donāt give a shit about anything.
