Organized noise = information.
Music is information in as pleasurable form as it gets.
Hmm… noise and pleasure are both very subjective. What I call noise, may be pleasure to another. But still, music being a form of information makes a lot of sense. Information in emotion? How is that compared to poetry or graphical art?
Music is art, if you try to define it, it will loose it’s beauty. 
By that rationality, a police siren could be considered music. But maybe it is?
