Windows: Gui won't show on Softtube Model 27 VST Plugin

Is there fix for this error see screenshot below.

Its still able to make sounds but the gui wont load.

so i tried the same demo in 3.2 same error no gui.

tried it in 3.2.2 same error but i get a gui and everything works?
