looks pretty sweet, fast dual core + lots of ram + hdd space.
i reckon renoise would run great on it.

I just ordered a new notebook after my Acer 4606 Travelmate died, it was an okay notebook but the windows partition didn’t have enough space for windows updates in the long run, but they must have fixed this by now.

Before I ordered the new notebook, i didn’t look for PC card slot, I never heard about express card and it replacing the PC card, so now i’m stuck with a Echo Indigo soundcard I probably can’t use when my notebook arrives. :(

A Core2duo is preferable over Turion, but it will do just fine I suppose. I think Core2duo run cooler and use less power, which should give you more battery life.
