[XRNI] Roland R-5 drum machine

Finally I sampled my old R-5! http://www.mediafire.com/?17klmfsy14021yr
I used the original Roland mapping, and added all unmapped sounds below or above.

Actually I sampled 4 velocity ranges, but couldn’t use them due to the XRNI limitation 256 samples. If anyone is really interested in this, I could make 2 XRNIs. But for now I’ll leave it at this.
