Reason: problem with HDD (fixed)
have few files with same problem, have any way to open it?

XRNX files are zip files with a custom extension. You could try repairing them with some zip repair tools or, if you are familiar with the terminal on manOS via:
zip -FF Path/To/Corrupted.xrns --out Path/To/Fixed.xrns

if anybody can help with recovery (if some structure/samples will be lost, its fine)

None of the repair tools in that thread ( zip -F, zip -FF, unzip -vt ziprepair, 7z or winrar ) can recover anything from this xrns. Sorry.
