Have you checked the new Youtube subtitling feature? It even makes a transcription of the audio to create subtitles (although still experimental). It’s funny to re-watch the RenoiseLearn videos with audio transcription ON. 
It seems to only want to try and do it in Japanese, which I don’t have fonts installed for so all I really see is a bunch of boxes.
