It’s really difficult to find the correct parameter to automate Zebra2 in Renoise, are there any tools or anything that could help with this?

Put the things you want to automate on the XY’s in zebra, makes it much easier.

Yea I’ve been doing that, but it doesn’t work very well when I want to automate more than 8 parameters.
