Just look at your motherboard specs
which most powerful processor is accepted on it?
Look at Pass to compare ratio so benefits…A powerful refurbished processor could be good
Windows10 is very good but this time more agressive toward some monitoring drivers(FanControl,LibreHardwareMonitor…)
i think its well worth the upgrade, i hesitated to update at first but once i did, i never looked back once. 3.5 is just too good to miss out on IMO
