access to project track fx chain through renoise browser…
…same way as we have access to samples in xrns file!
that would be very handy 
for now we must first fully load needed project (you will not save every chain in every project you work every time you change it, don’t you? heh) and then save needed fx chains to reuse in another project…
p.s. maybe same for accessing and load instruments
