Add Dry/Wet for new filters

filters don’t normally come with a wet dry as most filters will cause phase shifts, therefore cancelations will occur

How about another plugins? Meldaproduction bandpass or fabfilter volcano2 etc this plugins problem to?

Yes I don`t know how trivial it is to implement but it certainly has been in a number of plugins, so +1 if not super difficult.
