I think it would be nice to be able to optionally add track effects from saved tracks instead of overwriting the current setup. It would have a lotta use.
Yes, as far as I remember, saving track effect combinations as presets has already been suggested - but I don’t think I’ve seen it mentioned to be implemented for Renoise 1.5…
Well you CAN sanve track effect combinations as presets but when you load them from HD then anything else that was on the track effects before is kicked to china (unless you are in china of course) and then loaded setup will become the king of the hill.

e2: I REALLY want this. Why? Because then I can save VST automation meta-devices with proper VST settings ALREADY ATTACHED! What a relief!
