Advise me for a pc keyboard

Thanks guys for all the suggestions but I had an old Microsoft keyboard that I totally have forgotten so I will stick with it for the time being.
Look at this beautiful baby a bit beat up but working flawlessly

This one is the best ever made. But problems are G-keys (I hate as I do not need them to the left) so I disabled them (only left G4 key to switch color modes). It is wireless model and once in a week or two you connect it to refill battery. You can also check my color settings for Renoise (I switch between my colours I’ve made to look as a real keyboard and audio-analyzers). Check out (if you have one) on GHub (search for Nykk)

@ZoaZ like Mr.Zensphere I’m mighty curious to hear how you set up your LaunchPad Mini. Please enlighten us! :grinning:

Its’s hard to explain. There are two custom modes, QWERTY and NUMPAD+.
The QWERTY layout uses the same “zones” as a Pro Tools keyboard, which helps to know which key is which.
I can post the syx files if you want.

@ •MrZensphere : My custom modes are not midi, but HID. The launchpad does both.

Wow, you just gave me flashbacks to those tacky (but awesome) DAW stickers people used to make.

Please do

Side note, when you @ someone, use the lower/second/non-boldface name if they have two. So, I’m @slujr :v:

I’m interested as well. I made a rudimentary custom mode for my launchpad X but it has a lot of room for improvement.

It look very neat.

But the prices for keyboards seem to have gone stellar.

It’s all super pro gaming and costs more than my used laptop - and that’s simply for a good ol keyboard back in the days, I do not need rgb.

If this had a numpad I’d would have bought the NES-style one immediately.

I know this is old, but they released a numpad for that keyboard.

You can plug in 4 button pads into the back of the keyboard, too, and map them to just about any key combination, etc. You can see the bif A/B buttons, they have some with 4 like a SNES, etc.
