I’m just testing your soft, I’m user from all d16 drummachine, he can be great to launch automaticaly vsti & au instruments mutitimbral with all outpout assigned for each a an track, its a litle bit long to creat it manually 
As long as you use the aliasses in a specific track, Renoise will automatically lock the output to that track. You only need to use the routing if you want to lock the output to that specific track only.

Just be sure to address the correct midi channel in the alias and you have also correctly set the output in the plugin for that channel, else another output is not used
