Last week I’ve installed Renoise on Linux. My question is: Why does Renoise exclusivly lock my ALSA device?

Cause this is how it works. Other programs may be using pulseaudio allowing them to play together with other programs. Renoise doesn’t have pulseaudio support.
You can use jack, which is 1) very good for a lot of reasons, 2) makes it possible to use more than one sound source for playing and 3) is supported by renoise. 
I mentioed this because ALSA has already hardware and software mixing support afaik.
