Automatic Extraction Of Samples From Old .xm?

hi, i have a really old archive of samples, from like 1996 onwards, as one would expect. i used to load samples into .xm and keep them readily available for loading into impulsetracker.
now i would like to take the samples in about 30 .xm’s, my own samplings from cds + vinyl + radio + tv + etc, and extract the wavefiles into .wav format directly, preferably not one by one by hand, but with a .xm extraction tool. which tool should i use for OS X, please?

hi so does anyone know a tool for osx or linux (hopefully something i as a total layman can install) that would take .xm-files in a folder and extract wavefiles out of them, and for them to also have the loop-points in the original xm?
