please consider automating effect order (meaning their position in the chain) and effect enable/bypass(not only with fx commands) with automation curves
That would be neat, but maybe not so easy to design interface-wise.

yes the effect order may be tricky.
but maybe the effects could have a hex number or something (that you can automate)that refers to their position to the chain.
