Hey guys, this is my first ever go at making & sharing a doofer preset, so go easy on me ![]()
This is a barberpole style phaser that uses two comb filters to generate the phasing effect, with LFOs handling the continuous morphing between them. This allows the phase movement to progress in a single direction indefinitely.
If you don’t know what a barberpole phaser is, it creates the illusion of endless upward or downward motion. Unlike a traditional phaser, which sweeps back and forth between two directions.
Documentation should be included in a notepad within the doofer. If you have any suggestions on what to add (or remove, even), please do let me know and I’ll try my best to include it where possible.
Whats’s currently on the roadmap for next updates:
1. Add 2 more comb filters for more seamless phasing
2. Optimize the DSP routing and remove certain things I deem unecessary, as the “funny wires in the back” look real ugly due to me making this doofer without any prior planning. Might have to remake it entirely.

PS: Sorry for my other forum post that shares the same title as this one, I accidentally created that one when I wasn’t finished writing the post ![]()
