Hi,
I stumbled upon this post today: http://nezoomie.wordpress.com/2009/12/10/korg-nanopad-live-beatrepeater-tutorial/
I have a nanoPad and I’m wondering if I can obtain a similar result to the one in the video just using Renoise. Maybe with some plugin. Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Carlo

Linux could use a native realtime beat slicer/manipulator vst/ladspa.
I believe most people doing this are using a DSP toolkit with jack.
It’s been around for a few years and I haven’t tried it, but you might be able to use this to some degree:

It has position and stretch, and other things usefull to beat repeating I think.
Would need to use Jack.

Yes, thanks
I’ve found it this morning, and it works pretty well with jack. I’ll try something.
Thanks again.
